2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information to register an account for placing orders.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

3. Products and Pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions and prices at all times.
Natural or seasonal factors may cause slight variations in product packaging or color.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment
A confirmation message will be sent to you once an order is placed.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payments.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incomplete or incorrect information.

5. Delivery Policy
We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh in the shortest possible time.
Deliveries may be slightly delayed due to adverse weather or transportation issues.
Providing a correct delivery address and an active phone number is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Return and Refund
Return policy applies only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
You must notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Opened or used products (unless found defective) are non-returnable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after verification.

সেবা গ্রহণের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (১৮+ বছর) হতে হবে।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন
অর্ডার করার জন্য সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে।
অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড এবং গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার।

৩. পণ্য ও মূল্য তালিকা
আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ ও দাম প্রদর্শনের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি।
প্রাকৃতিক ও মৌসুমী কারণে পণ্যের মোড়ক বা রঙে সামান্য পরিবর্তন আসতে পারে।
যেকোনো পণ্যের মূল্য পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তনের অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।

৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার করার পর একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাঠানো হবে।
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং নিরাপদ অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল তথ্যের কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

৫. ডেলিভারি পলিসি
আমরা দেশজুড়ে দ্রুততম সময়ে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি।
প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া বা পরিবহন সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি সময়ে কিছুটা বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
সঠিক ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ও সচল ফোন নম্বর দেওয়া গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে রিটার্ন সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।
পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে জানাতে হবে।
প্যাকেট খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য (যদি না সেটি ত্রুটিযুক্ত হয়) ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
যাচাইকরণ শেষে ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

৭. মেধা সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)
এই ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত লোগো, ছবি, টেক্সট এবং ডিজাইন rootsan.com – এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি।
